February!

   Happy Family Day! I hope you all got to talk to or see your loved ones today, even if you are not in BC and celebrating our new holiday. I got to skype my family today so I'm very happy about that! I miss them all the time. 
   I finally finished those drawing-doodles! Droodles. All 21 of them. I can't post pictures since I haven't delivered them yet, but with permission I may post a few for fun in the next week. It feels good to have that project done. The next ones up include a commissioned painting I have to begin and complete this month and some album artwork that should also be done sometime soon for an awesome local band called Playback. Oh, and that collaborative work in oil needs some attention, too. :) 

   Well the next 'holiday' up is Valentine's Day, coming up this Thursday. I hope none of you are being Negative Nancy's or Norman's about it. I like to believe its about celebrating ALL kinds of love and not just romance. Think of that this Thursday please if you're feeling like a Debbie Downer. And if you can't WAIT until the 14th, that's the spirit! That is all. Have a great week! <3
