Ummm...

I don't understand how someone could screw the top back on WITHOUT lining up the circles to match the original design...doesn't that just bother the OCD in everyone? For me, it does.  Unacceptable. Simply unacceptable. However, this is my first piece of "public art," so, isn't it fun to see what happens to it and how it evolves over time? :D 



(PS - I'm not actually upset.)
